We only collect waste presented in one of our bins or specified containers.
If you choose not to pay for a replacement bin you will need to make your own arrangements for recycling or waste collection or take your waste to the tip (HWRC).
We do not collect sacks of waste from properties suitable for bins.
Waste presented in sacks will not be collected and will be treated as fly tipping.
Contact us if you want us to collect a damaged bin you are not replacing. We will collect the bin within 10 working days.
