Temporary Customer Service Advisor

Hours Negotiable

Fixed Term Contract until 31st March 2020

Salary: £19,171 per annum pro rata

Location: Leek however will be expected to travel across the Alliance

 

You will be the first point of contact for customers across the High Peak and Staffordshire Moorlands by dealing with a wide range of customer enquires for all Council service via a variety of access channels.

 

Experience of delivering high quality customer service to internal and external customers is essential along with excellent communication skills. You will also require a flexible approach to work, be able to work customer service opening hours of 8.30 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday.
