What is a season ticket?
Season tickets allow you to park without paying at the time. General season tickets are available as 3, 6 or 12 monthly permits.
So if you are a regular users of our car parks you may save money if you buy a season ticket.

The Smithfield North car park in Leek is a permit holders only car park offering parking for an annual charge of £330. Please contact Parking on 01538 395674 for more details.
Remember, all other parking regulations need to be followed. You cannot use your season ticket on our car parks when they are closed/no overnight parking is allowed - please check the local signage before you leave your vehicle.
If changing a registration number on a Season Ticket please note that there is a £10 charge and the previous Season Ticket needs to be returned before the replacement can be issued.

What is a waiver?
A waiver allows vehicles to park in places where permission is required.
How will I be assessed?
Each application is assessed on several criteria including:
- what work is being undertaken
- whether tools can be unloaded and the vehicle then moved
- what parking restrictions are in place
- whether the granting of a waiver would cause difficulties for other road or footpath users
Please note: at least 7 working days notice is required
How to apply and cost
Should the waiver permit be agreed there is a cost incurred of £15.00 per vehicle for the first day and each subsequent day is £5.00 per vehicle. This must be paid before the waiver permit is issued.
