Log into e-billing

Householders

The way that we issue electronic bills is changing. You can now access bills / documents and view personalised information through your Staffordshire Moorlands online account. If you have not already registered for an account, you can do so by clicking on the button below.

To log in, you will need your e-mail address and password. If you've forgotten your password, you will have the option to reset it. You will also need your council tax reference number, which will be on any past bills that we have sent you.

Once you're registered

You will need to go to the Council Tax tile in the 'Get answers fast' section where you will be able to personalise your account. Simply enter your Surname, House name or number, Postcode and Account reference to access your latest bill.

If you need to tell us about a change of name / address or apply for a discount, you can find the correct form in the 'Submit a request' section of your online account.

Closed accounts

If your council tax account has been closed down, meaning that you are no longer liable at the property, you will not be able to view your bills online. Please contact us if you have any questions relating to this.

Landlords

If you're a landlord, you will need to log in to our Open Access portal to view bills and documents associated with accounts that you are liable for.

Log in to e-billing

You'll need your user ID and Password to access information. If you can't remember your password you'll need to e-mail us and ask for us to reset it using revenues@staffsmoorlands.gov.uk
