Landscape lovers and buffs of Biddulph Grange are being offered the opportunity to get involved in the management and development of this attractive Country Park in the Staffordshire Moorlands.
The historic Park landscape is full of wildlife and great places to walk and is already held in high regard by visitors - many of whom return regularly to enjoy the environment.
Now Staffordshire Moorlands District Council is looking to meet up with them, and anyone else who's interested, to explore how they can play a role in the Park's future development.
Councillor Brian Johnson, cabinet member with responsibility for parks, open spaces and countryside, said: "We're very fortunate to have such a beautiful Country Park in the Moorlands and we know that visitors value it highly so we're inviting them to play a bigger role in how it's managed.
"The team responsible for the Park are staging a series of open days over the next couple of months where interested people can meet them and share their views and ideas for the Park. Please go along to one of the sessions and lets see how we can work together to make sure Biddulph Grange remains one of the most special places in the Moorlands."
The team was available in the visitor centre at the Park on the following dates:
- Saturday 16 April from 10am to 12.30pm
- Monday 18 April from 10am to 11.30am
- Friday 29 April from 2pm to 3.30pm
