Personal Search

To enable us to provide an efficient service to personal search companies, members of the public and persons carrying out an official search, appointments will be allocated on a first come first served basis, with all requests for information being given equal priority.

• A minimum of five working days for personal search appointments is required.

• The online request form should be filled out for each search required

We will confirm your appointment when the register is ready to inspect.

Each address is validated before your appointment and in some cases the information is digitised at this point. If you view the register either before or after your appointment date the information contained on the computerised version of the register cannot be guaranteed correct.

Please be aware that Staffordshire Moorlands District Council are not custodians of data sourced from Peak District National Park Authority or Staffordshire County Council. In order to ensure that all relevant information is inspected records should also be searched at Staffordshire County Council and, where applicable, the Peak District National Park Authority.
