• your business name 
• your bank details
• your customer reference - this is your customer code, the number is on your commercial waste agreement

We can't accept electronic copies or photocopies, please send us the original paper document.

By phone

You can make payment using all major credit and debit cards by phoning our 24 hour automated payment line 0300 456 2763.

By BACS

If you wish to pay your invoice by BACS you will need the following information:

Account number: 01000381 Sort code: 01-05-02

You must put your full name and invoice number as reference or we won't know who the payment has come from and your account won't reflect your true balance. (Phone and BACS)
