You'll need to know one of the following:

• site address
• applicant name
• application number

Planning decisions can also be shown on a map, which is useful if you'd like to see local development in your neighbourhood.

Weekly List

This page displays all valid applications that have been received or have been determined.

Major developments 

We list all current major development applications. They are usually more complex than other types of application and often need a much wider consultation than householder applications.

Older applications

If you would like to look at an application that pre-dates 2001, you might be able to do this at one of our offices. You will need to make an appointment to do this, as we will have to load the file onto a computer for you.

Viewing documents at our offices

If you are having difficulty viewing applications online then you can inspect the file at our offices in Leek in person. You will need to make an appointment by contacting customer services.
