Grants of up to £4,000 are now available to generate growth in arts, culture and heritage activity in the Staffordshire Moorlands.
The District Council is funding this grant scheme from its share of the UK Shared Prosperity and Rural England Prosperity Funds.
The aim of the programme is to generate growth by, for example, improving buildings where cultural activities take place, improving heritage assets, or purchasing equipment to support cultural activity.
No match funding is required and successful applicants will also be allocated a minimum of one working day with a freelance fundraiser with a specialism in the arts to help further growth and support resilience.
Councillor Bill Cawley, Cabinet Member for Communities, said: "There's a vibrant arts and culture community in the Moorlands which, together with our arts and crafts and textiles heritage, means we've got a wealth of places to visit and activities for residents and visitors to enjoy.
"We want to ensure the activities, groups and organisations that operate in this field continue to thrive and grow.
"I'm delighted to be able to invite applications for these grants, and specialist fundraising support, to help build pride in place and ensure that the presence of arts and culture in our District endures for years to come."
Applications close on Monday 16 September.
