Staffordshire Succeed and Grow Programme - Rural Pilot

Staffordshire County Council has launched the Succeed and Grow scheme -  a pilot programme delivered until 31st March 2025 that offers support to rural microbusinesses in Staffordshire Moorlands and East Staffordshire.

Support provided around the following areas...

• Taxation
• HR legislation
• Employment law
• Budgeting
• Employment rights and responsibilities
• Business planning
• Personal development
• Accounting
• Communication and teamwork
• Investment

Support will be delivered through a number of channels including:

• Webinars
• Events
• Peer2Peer
• Focus group

Business Eligibility:

• Rural Microbusiness with less than 10 employees
• Turnover of £632,000 or less
• £316,000 or less on the balance sheet
• Business has been trading for 5 years +
• Postcode falls in pilot rural area
