Cheadle Town Centre Masterplan
The Cheadle Town Centre Masterplan was adopted as a Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) at Council Assembly on the 26th March 2014.
The aims of the Masterplan are to:
- identify job and business growth opportunities through the redevelopment of vacant and underused land and property;
- identify the potential to increase resident and visitor expenditure;
- and to strengthen the town's role as a service and retail hub.
The Masterplan will direct the District Council's and other partners' approaches to improving the town centre.
