Development Capacity Study
The Development Capacity Study was undertaken in 2008/9 and updated in 2010/11.
- Stage 1 examines the level and capacity of existing infrastructure services, facilities and accessibility
- Stage 2 assesses the viability of development sites
- Stage 3 looks at the potential impact of changes to the affordable housing targets
