Local Development Scheme

The Local Development Scheme sets out the planning policy documents that are in the pipeline for the District. This includes a draft timetable for the new Local Plan, should the review of the Local Plan determine an update is required. The current Local Plan was Adopted September 2020. The document supersedes the previous Local Development Scheme that was adopted by the Council in October 2023.
