How to apply to Home Options
We have more people on our housing register than properties available, therefore it is not possible to re-house everyone who applies and it may take a significant amount of time for those that we do re-house.
Please read our guide to applying online (PDF) [211KB] and provide as much information as possible so that your application can be dealt with quickly.
Please note that housing associations may charge rent in advance.
Adding evidence to support your Home Options application
You can email your evidence to AdminRegion3@yourhousinggroup.co.uk You can even take a picture of the evidence and upload it - have a quick look at our guide to taking pictures of evidence here. (PDF) [2MB]
